This site is a static page. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The only outside service it ever talks to is the one that passes on the contact form.
What the site collects
Nothing, in the browser. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no tracking pixel, no session recorder, no advertising ID and no cookie banner. The fonts are served from this domain, not from a font service, so no outside company learns your IP address when the page loads.
The host that serves these files keeps normal web server logs: IP address, time, the page requested and browser type. These logs are there to keep the site running and to spot abuse. They are not linked to anything else, not used to profile visitors, and are deleted on the host's own regular schedule.
What happens when you get in touch
The site has a contact form. It checks the fields in your browser,
then sends what you typed to Web3Forms, a service that
passes form messages on. Web3Forms forwards it to the studio inbox at
studio@latticeworks.cc and
then deletes its own copy. This is the only outside service the page
contacts. It is named here and in the page's content security policy
(connect-src). It carries only what you typed into the
form: your name, your email address, what you need, a budget range and
the project description.
We keep messages in the studio mailbox so we can answer them and find them again later. A message that does not lead to a project is deleted after 24 months. Emails about a project we took on are kept for seven years after the project ends, because business record-keeping and tax rules in India ask us to.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we use your details because you gave them to us yourself, to ask about work. Answering you is the reason the address is published.
Who else sees it
Web3Forms, our email provider and our website host handle this data for us, on our instructions and under contract, as processors. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop holding it at all. Write to studio@latticeworks.cc and we will answer within one month. You do not have to give a reason, and it costs nothing.
If you think we have handled your data badly, write to us at the same address first and we will look into it. If we do not put it right, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Links out
The site links to only one kind of place: the three client sites we built. It has no social media profiles. When you follow one of those links, you are on someone else's site, under their privacy notice, and this one no longer applies.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too. There is no mailing list to tell, because we do not have your address unless you gave it to us.
