These terms cover this website. They are not the terms for project work. Any work the studio takes on is covered by its own signed contract, and nothing on this page overrides it.
Who publishes this
Latticeworks Studio, Delhi, India. Using the site means you accept these terms.
What is on it
The site describes what the studio does and shows work it has done. It is a description, not an offer you can accept to form a contract. Scope, price and timing for any piece of work are agreed in writing before the work starts. The prices shown under Pricing are a guide, not a quote.
Three projects are named in the work section, and all three are sites the studio built and shipped: sandooklogistics.com, lloydsato.com and annsweety-weds-maschio.online. Each one is explained in full on the case studies page. Every number quoted about them is counted on the live site itself, such as how many ports are on the map, how many routes are drawn or how many case files are published. None of them is a result claimed for a client.
The quotes in the client section come from two of those clients. They are drafts until each client confirms the exact wording, so read them as the studio's account of what was said, not as checked, word-for-word quotes.
Ownership
The design, code, text, the lattice engine that draws every pattern on the page, and the marks Latticeworks and Latticeworks Studio belong to the studio. You may read the site, print it, and quote from it if you credit us and link back. You may not copy the whole site, present it as your own, or use it to train an AI model without asking us first.
Client work shown on the site still belongs to the client it was made for. Their names, logos and material appear here with permission and remain theirs.
Bebas Neue, Geist and Geist Mono are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Links out
When the site links to a client's live site or to a platform we use, we are not responsible for that site, and a link is not a promise about anything published there.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site up, current and correct, but we do not promise that it always will be. A static page can still be taken offline by its host. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Nothing on this page limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, the studio is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's contents.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
